About Us



My name is Michelle Galdames and I am a professional pastry chef. I’ve been passionate about baking my entire life. I was born and raised in El Salvador, lived in Spain, and now live in Parkland, Florida. These experiences have helped me learn about types of bakery products from different parts of the world.

I studied Food Science and worked in Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D Departments in the food industry. I spent several years out of the food business and when I was ready to return, I decided to enroll in my true passion. In 2015, I enrolled in the Baking and Pastry Associates program at Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, FL. After I graduated, I worked for a specialty dessert caterer and for Whole Foods Market.

I am ServSafe Food Safety Manager certified, and most importantly I LOVE what I do!
